If transportation barriers, scheduling conflicts, or health concerns make it difficult to accommodate in-person sessions, teletherapy may be right for you. As long as you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to talk, you can meet with Cathleen virtually, from the comfort of your home. Using private, confidential video conferencing software, you and Cathleen will schedule an online session, then your therapist will send you a link to join the video call. When you click on the link, you’ll see your therapist appear on your screen, and your session will progress as it would in-person.
